Discussion:

There is no scoring guide for this self-survey. There is an opportunity to pause for reflection. In your experience, which of these statements are truths? Which would you describe as irrational thoughts?

Each ‘truth’ carries consequences. You act on your assumptions and beliefs every day even though you may or may not be consciously aware of how they impact your choices.

The quality of your life is directly influenced by the quality of your thoughts. Are you thinking in healthy, rational, encouraging ways?

-What do you believe?

-How did those beliefs come to be owned by you?

-How do your beliefs influence your actions today?

-Do those beliefs still serve you well?

-Are there other choices to be made?

Improve the quality of your thinking, and you improve your life.
